The goal of our guest services ministry is to ensure every person feels noticed, welcomed, and known from the parking lot to their seat- ultimately paving the way for them to encounter the Gospel. Research shows that 80% of guests make a decision on whether to return to a Church within the first 10 minutes of being there and in many cases, this is before a song is played or a word is spoken. Our mission is to be sure that every guest feels welcomed and wanted before they ever take a seat.
